HDWSNC started its business in 1993 offering custom house plans to fit the needs of our clients, as their needs grew so did we. Offering a diverse range of products and services in-house made sense. We could have greater control of cost and quality which is our two main concerns. As long as we are able to address these concerns first hand, we will always have satisfied customers.

All jobs that Bryan has done have been excellent. The jobs he has done for us include: Ironwood deck Curved benches, cabinets with copper inserts in the doors and drawers, (which he built), copper roof, electrical in copper piping. Shower Pan had been installed incorrectly. Bryan rebuilt the shower from the pan up- including doing all the tile work. These are just a couple of things he has done. Anytime I have a issue with our house, appliances, driveway pavers, he is our “go to” guy. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended. Linda & Ted Huth

Bryan Clanton/HDSWNC is a true craftsman. We renovated a 1968 3800 sq./ft. mountain lake home including repairing significant water damage, taking it down to the studs in most areas. We wanted to restore and maintain the original appearance from the outside, with a mansard roof and cedar shingles on the slope, and totally update the inside to a consistent look and feel. Bryan was able to bring his creativity and saved us thousands with higher end results than others. The exterior shingles were able to be restored and rusted out balconies were replaced and custom iron railings added. We touched every area inside some items of note; Tripled size of galley kitchen with custom cabinetry; Remodeled 5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, Custom vanities and tub surrounds; Custom sauna within a new exercise room; steam shower; Fabricated a replacement grill for cooking area in the sunroom; A unique custom game cabinet in game area that also serves as a secret door into another area of home.
