Fantastic service from a company which really cares about customer service I recently ordered something really very small online and when i hadn’t received this a while after the expected date I called their number. The shop was closed but Ian answered on his day off and said he would check it the very next day. Next day, true to his word, he called me to tell me he had posted a replacement out by next day delivery. The next day the replacement arrived and I noticed the postage they had paid to ensure it arrived as promised was almost as much as the cost of the order. Ironically the original package arrived the next day and I then spoke to Ian to tell him about this. I am so impressed at how concerned and helpful Ian was. He clearly went the extra mile to sort something out which wasn’t his fault. Times must be so tough for businesses right now but if any business is going to see it through this crisis then Booths will if their care and dedication to their customers is anything to go by. I will definitely use Booths again and only wish they had a branch in Farnham - Farnham would love it..

I bought a bedroom suite from Blacks and it's perfect, just what I needed. Customer service was great too, all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Will definitely buy from Blacks again!
