GVT served customers in a friendly and safe environment during Covid 19. Steve, listened to our ideas of style, needs and budget. We choose the first sample shown, it was perfect for us. Installation was arranged accord our availability and completed promptly by Chris who was obviously enjoying his work and proud of it. Both personalities were courteous, respectful and professional. We are repeat customers and glad of it

In building our retirement home I had so many different selections to be made to tie together everything in the house. When the Vice President of Grand Valley Tile got down on her hands and knees to move tiles around and see how they looked with other selections I had made I knew this was not your usual tile and flooring store. The service I got from the staff and owners at Grand Valley Tile was amazing. Not only did they run around lifting out the heavy tile samples looking for something I would like but they let me check out multiple samples to try with my cabinets and countertops and graciously served me as I came back multiple times to double check my selections and change grout, etc. Plus the job they did on the flooring was great - totally seamless transitions from the hardwood to the LVT and ceramics. I highly recommend GVT.

We hired Grand Valley Tile (GVT) to compete the hardwood floors and carpeted stairs in our new house. Pros: The hardwood floor installer was amazing. The job was basically flawless. He even took the curtains off the wall so they wouldn't be dusty from the sawdust, what a lovely extra touch! The carpet installer was great. He completed the job very quickly and left us the extra carpet we paid for, but did not use. Cons The lady who provided the quote was late on the first day, and didn't call. She also went on vacation without providing us our bill, so we were left in limbo not knowing the status of the bill. She also missed some items in our quote, and increased it twice after we paid the deposit (but we called and asked to remove them, and she did)

Their knowledgeable staff has assisted us with a variety of projects including carpeting, cork floors, tiling of floors, backsplash, bathroom, and fireplace surround. We have been very impressed with the workmanship and the professional attitude of all of their representatives.
