We recently listed our home and our real estate agent made arrangements for Janet to do a consult with us regarding staging it for sale. Janet quickly picked up on our style and what needed to be done to improve the sale-ability of our home. Because our first showing was in less that 2 days I asked Janet if she could do the staging and my husband and I would do the decluttering and cleaning so it was ready for Janet to work her magic. The day of the showing she arrived with her inventory and went to work. She used a lot of what we had in order to keep the costs down and supplemented with her inventory. We were on a very tight time line but if she was stressed she did not show it at all. When she was done our home looked like a "show home" and it was all done (3 floors) in under 2 hours! Janet took down our stress level several notches and made the entire process extremely manageable. We could not have done this without her. Janet is one of the absolute best investments we have ever made and I have already asked her to help me set up our new home when we move in.

Janet is amazing! She is the only stager we use for our busy real estate team. Not only does she create "WOW" with every room, but she is excellent at managing our clients. Love our new condo! Janet from Magic Homestaging helped us stage our townhouse. It was suc a fun experience and we sold fast! She then helped us in our new condo.
