An Energy Audit was done to reveal te sources of cold air coming into the home. Duct sealing, envelope sealing and loose ducting in attic repaired. New bathroom fans installed and during that time was discovered the fans were not vented to the outside and old fans were full of insulation which could have been a fire hazard. Also was discovered the microwave over the stove was not vented to the outside in the attic so venting was done for these items. Also had a Solar Tube installed in the kitchen area as the area very dark.

Jeff's attention to detail is exceptional. Jeff and his team did a detailed and thorough Energy Audit and identification of energy improvement measures for a new home purchase. He covered everything from our windows to our heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems. He noticed many details that we never would have noticed on our own. His report clearly explained necessary versus optional energy saving options. Jeff has a very professional manner and gave us great confidence that he and his team were focused on reducing the home energy use. He also responded to our questions and concerns regarding potential remodeling projects. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Bender Engineering & Construction.

I wanted to update my 1989 master bedroom and bathroom. I had a few estimates but didn't hire anyone until I met Mr. Bender. He came across as both knowledgeable and sincere and after my dog jumped in his lap... I was sold. He updated the room with gorgeous earth tones and a huge Jacuzzi tub and big glass shower. The remodel is now both modern and energy efficient with recessed lights and wood flooring and a tub that stays hot thru the entire bath. His crew were polite and respectful of my home and even the four dogs liked them.... I did not know what I wanted to do with the remodel and was glad Mr. Bender helped guide me with products would be best. All around it was a great experience, great price, great company....
