Jennifer Paxson did a great job for us. She was referred by trustworthy friends. When she showed up she went right into work-mode by touring the property and assessing improvements from paint color to window coverings, furniture selection and accessories placement. Her team managed our expectations and that of our client very well. The load-in was fast and the load-out was quick too. They helped us, as professional Realtors, to create an environment that would connect emotionally to would be buyers which resulted in great showings from day one, offers shortly thereafter and ultimately a quick sale at what we feel was the highest price possible in the shortest time frame. Our listing had been on the market for over 90 days without an offer. The house was unoccupied but the owner had left unwanted furniture in the house so as not to have it look vacant. I suggested to the owner that we get a proposal from Jennifer Paxson for staging the house, to which she agreed. I had used Jennifer once previously with great results on another listing. After meeting with Jennifer, hearing her suggestions and viewing her written proposal, my client agreed to the staging. She and her assistant did a fabulous job using some of some of the existing furniture and just adding accessories! My client worked to get the rest of the furniture removed as her suggested part of the staging. Jennifer was most cooperative in getting to a solution that was within my clients means and timetable. The staging took place within days and one week later we had an accepted offer on the house! I couldn't have asked for more!

You've got to use Jennifer. She is professional, highly talented and requires no supervision. I know, it's like a dream. Her pricing is spot on and her skills are beyond what you have experienced before. I have put her on my preferred vendor list on my real estate website and posted her information at my brokerage. A company has to be top quality for me to put my reputation on the line. I had no problem doing that. My most demanding clients truly enjoyed working with her and that means a lot to me. She knows quality, architecture and design. She is resourceful and flexible with her execution. When you meet with her and contract her services, you are done. She takes care of the rest.

While shopping for a condo in the Las Vegas area my wife and I were shown a unit in which Intuitive Solutions Home Staging was involved with preparing the unit for marketing. We were so impressed by the work we asked for a business card. Upon being shown many Condo units in Las Vegas, we ultimately purchased a unit of similar design in the same building. Due to our busy schedule and need for assistance, we contacted Jennifer at Intuitive Solutions to see if she would be willing to work with us, to assist us with our interior design needs, such as arranging for painting, furniture, and all of the furnishings needed to make the unit move-in ready for us. Upon our first meeting with Jennifer I was surprised at how relaxed she made us feel. She asked many questions regarding our objectives, including colors, styles, and brands. Within a few hours, she was emailing photos of different furniture to insure she was on the right track. Within a few more hours she had arranged for us to view furniture that she believed met our requirements in style and color. To our amazement she had selected items that were completely within budget and met our needs. I have worked with several interior designers in the past. It had been my experience that they tend to work on the high end of the budget spectrum. This was not the case with Jennifer. She was very aware of the budget and worked to stay 10-20% below. There were absolutely NO Surprises! Within in few short days, Jennifer had proven that she did not need us involved in the day to day decisions. This allowed us to leave on our next business trip. Her goal was to furnish the condo and make it move-in ready upon our return. Jennifer exceeded that goal and even arranged to wash all of the linens prior to our arrival allowing us to return to Las Vegas with our luggage and stay in our own unit, without needing a Hotel first.
