I Hired Beverly hills carpet cleaners to come over to my house and to wash my carpet and do a deep cleaning of rugs. The SQ/FT for the carpet is approximately 1800. Daniel was the person that came over to clean it and he did an awesome work. The carpet was clean after 3 hours of work and the results are great too. Daniel took the rugs for their cleaning facility and he brought them back after few days. The rugs came in excellent smell and looked as close to brand new condition. The amount that I paid was very fair and reasonable. I must note that I was able to schedule the cleaning work for 3 days after my call to the company. This was very convenient for me too

Good work and excellent results on top of the high skills and professionalism when it comes to carpet cleaning and rugs. Gus and his worker came over and cleaned the carpet at my house in a very professional way. They were very polite and nice guys. They worked for close to 3 hours cleaning each room and made sure that the carpet came out clean as close to new. Their price was set between me and the office and they were able to give me a reasonable price for that job. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent company to work with! I called them for an estimate for my carpet cleaning at my second floor and to wash 3 running rugs that I have as well in my kitchen. Daniel came with his van and worked at my house with his worker. The work completed after several hours and it came out brand new! I will call this company for any future work that I will have.

I liked the fact that they came over to pick up the carpet and to return it after cleaning was done. The service was kind of fast and reliable. After I called the office, they scheduled me a day and time to pick up the carpet. Based on the measurement and type of carpet, they were able to give me a price for the work. The carpet was returned to my house the following week looks like new. The carpet was wrapped in a nylon bag and it showed me that they really care for the satisfaction of their clients.

I'm very happy with the service I got from this company. I have no complains or problem with anything that they did. When I called this company, Josh sent me a person to check and give me an estimate. Marcus came over to my house the day after and saw the carpet that I need to wash. As a good faith, he also offered to wash me 2 running rugs that I have. The carpet that they washed, looks like new now and the rugs were brought back to me yesterday. It was very easy task to talk, hire and have my carpet cleaned. The following day after I spoke to them, a person came over to my house and gave me a great estimate for the carpet cleaning. Daniel was the person that worked at my house and he did a great job. He worked for 3 hours. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked like new and I had to let it dry for several hours. We hired Beverly Hills carpet cleaners (Gus) to come over and to give us an estimate for the carpet cleaning and to pick up 1 10’x10’ rug for a deep clean at their facility. Gus was able to come over the same week and to do the job (including to pick up the rug and return it too). The price that I got was given to me over the phone and it calculated per rooms at the house. The cleaning was done via a van that they parked outside the house and they worked room by room. The carpet got cleaned very well and I’m happy with the results of the work.

Great and fast service. I spoke to Julie from the office and asked her to see if she can send someone to come over and give me an estimate for my carpet cleaning and for some rugs that were dirty and needed to be clean. My main concern was for the rugs because my rugs are expensive and I wanted to hire a professional company that can come over, take them, clean them and bring them back. Julie was very nice and she told me she will send someone that same afternoon. The person that came over, checked the area where I needed to have my carpet cleaned and he gave me a price for the work. I agreed for the work and cleaned the carpet. The work took 3 hours in which the carpet came out like new. After he finished cleaning the carpet, he wrapped the rugs and took them with him to their facility. A week after, Julie called me and scheduled a time and day to come over and bring the rugs back. The rugs came to me in plastic bags and the delivery guy, unwrapped them, and place them in place. The rugs looked brand new and I was really happy with the price and the quality.

Recently we had a flood at our house and some of our rugs and furniture got soaked up with dirty water. At first, we were sure that we will need to trash them but we decided to see if they can be saved. We contacted several companies and we came across with Beverly Hills carpet cleaners after one of our neighbors used them in the past and he was very happy with their service. When I spoke to Julie from the office, I explained to her the situation and she mentioned that they can handle the job without any problem because they have special machine that will handled all the rugs without any problem. In addition to that, she said that all the furniture can be cleaned and washed at the house. I scheduled their service at my house and a crew of 2 people came over on the time frame that was given to me by Julie. They worked at the house and cleaned the sofas and carpet at the first floor and picked up the rugs to their cleaning facility. They told me it would be ready in about 3-5 business days. In reality, the rugs were ready in less than a 3 days and Julie called me to schedule the delivery of them. When they brought the rugs back, the rugs were wrapped each one in a separate bag and they looked brand new! I’m very happy that Beverly Hills carpet cleaning was able to restore and clean my expensive rugs!

I have had Daniel from Beverly Hills carpet cleaners come over to my house and to clean the carpet at my house, clean the upholstered couches in my living room and to pick up several rugs to their facility so they can bring them to new condition and without stains. My appointment was scheduled with Julie from the office. Julie was very nice and polite over the phone and she was able to fit my appointment within my schedule. The crew of people (2) came over to my house on the time frame that was set ahead of time and they cleaned the carpet and furniture very well. After that was completed, they wrapped the rugs and took them to their facility for a deep and massive cleaning. I took them less than a week to bring them back, Wrapped in nylon and in brand new condition. Because I was extremely happy with the entire service, I want to mention that the pickup and delivery of the rugs was as part of their service and I wasn’t charged for it. I will definitely hire them again in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
