Joe and his worker are nice and polite. They work properly together and clean up after but took a long time to get door installed. Not the greatest installation and workman ship and having minor issues with door. Overall not the worst experience but not the greatest.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work done by Joe and his crew. The new garage door and all the accessories look great . Joe made sure that we had a professional install with the garage door .We also had the aluminum capping done and that made the job stand out. Joe went out of his way to match a price that was obviously lower than other competitors .My wife and I got frauded by another garage door company prior to us finding joe. This company took a $200 deposit and never returned to do the job and never returned our calls. Joe did not have to match the price but he did and we very much appreciate what he did for us . My Wife and I very highly recommend Joe for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. It was hard to trust anyone after our initial experience of being fruaded but Joe certainly came through for us and we can go ahead and Trust again. Thank you Joe and your crew.

We have done an incredible amount of renovations to our home and, I must say, we have never paid for such disappointing workmanship and service. We hired this company based on the reviews from Houzz and the time frame we were guaranteed for a new garage door. (We wanted a new garage door quickly following a break-in scare) However, we were left with nothing but disappointment. The timeframe we were promised was continuously delayed and install pushed back multiple times. In addition, we specifically ordered flat white flashing and came home to see satin white had been installed. It's glossy and has a purple tone that doesn't match the rest of our house. When they finally did show up to do the install, the workmanship was terrible and rushed. The installers did not clean up, finger prints left all over new door, they didn't install hardware we ordered for door (it was a Friday afternoon, so apparent by the poor work that they were just in a rush to start their weekend). The cocking was rushed, as you can see in the pictures attached. The hardware stil has never been installed. We also hired Joe to complete additional work on our property - that was written up in the contract - but still months later he has not returned. He came to review the work we were unsatisfied with and ageeed it was totally unacceptable. Yet, since then, we have been given the run around and our calls have gone unanswered for months now. As it stands, we have a poorly installed garage door, sloppy cocking, a dent in the flashing from installer tightening screws too tight, uninstalled hardware (so an incomplete job) and all of the other work we ordered is also unaddressed, with our calls being ignored. All in all, poor workmanship and even worse customer service. We DO NOT recommend you hire JR Windows, Doors & Garage. Unless of course you are looking for poor finishes and being lied to.

Hi Joe, just wanted to say investing in these doors and openers was the best reno I have done on my house so far, doors are working great, house looks so much better and its so convenient. Not only did I get the best price I could find, the work was done on time, on budget and lots of attention to detail, you were responsive to every inquiry, and you left a nice clean jobsite, it was nice to see those nasty old garage doors disappear so quickly. Amazing service from start to finish! We hired Joe and crew from JR Windows & Doors to quote and install a new 14' garage door. From the initial visit for quote thru to the installation the service was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and we love the completely new look it's given the front of our home. We'll definately have them back in for our upcoming window reno project.
