I can't say enough about Kevin and his crew. I've used other contractors and it was always a battle getting things completed in a decent amount of time, especially in Florida, where the demand is high. Kevin gave me a great price to do a complete tear out and remodel of my kitchen that was more than competitive. The time frame he gave me seemed too good to be true, based on past experiences. I gave Kevin the job, expecting the completion time to be longer than expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin not only completed the job when he said he would, but he also fixed some extra things in my living room that needed repair at no charge. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and I was given updates throughout the process. His son Greg is just as good at communicating and very thorough also. Kevin created a customer for life. I'll never use anyone else for home remodeling. Thanks, Kevin!

We found this company quite accidentally, searching for someone to take on our home remodeling project. So our collaboration with Kevin was sheer luck. Kevin is a very dynamic and trustworthy leader. He is a good planner and a visionary. He will make your ideas come to life but he can also help you in the selection of your choice: he knows and understands the trends and the styles in today's home design. He has a sharp eye when it comes to the evaluation of the completed jobs and he will make sure that it is done to perfection. On a personal level, it is easy to communicate with Kevin - he is always available on the phone, does his best to keep things going as planned, and will keep you posted if there are any changes in the original schedule. I am very pleased to see our quite extensive remodeling project completed - our house looks beautiful with its fresh paint, new porcelain floor, and a new kitchen. Just in two months, it got a full "facelift"!

Remodels. Now working on New Construction

Kevin has been our GC through quite a few projects. We found him to be knowledgeable, timely and most of all fair and honest. Which is why we have him as the GC for the building of our dream home. His patience and recommendations have been key so far in the process. His skill at working with the trades and subs has been a god send. Coming from another state, not having a network was stressful, but having Kevin as the point man has made things seem less. My wife and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Kevin handled the restoration of my home after hurricane Ian . I was very satisfied with his work . There were many hurdles and obstacles as you can imagine . He turned it over in 4 months including handling all the permitting and paperwork . He came into the job aggressively and finished it with the same enthusiasm. He is very knowledgeable in all phases of construction. He is the homeowner’s “advocate” . His pricing is competitive and he does not “nickel and dime” you .

Kevin and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We hired KEM, LLC to renovate the entire interior of our home. Kevin provided us with a detailed quote for the entire project within two days of our initial meeting. Construction began shortly thereafter and was completed within the agreed upon timeline. Kevin communicated exceedingly well throughout the entire process. Any questions we had about the project were answered immediately. Any promises made were promptly addressed. We are more than thrilled at the final product and cannot say enough positive things about KEM. We have already recommended Kevin and his team to friends and family and we are happy to share our positive experience here as well.

I was referred to Kevin by my neighbor of 35 years who used him for flood remediation and repairs post-Ian. While we did not have flood damage we did sustain quite a bit of windborne damage. I reviewed my adjuster's report with him which showed we needed complete reroof, soffit/facia replacement, repair to a damaged fence, pressure washing and painting the western side of the home. Kevin was able to draw upon his network of suppliers and contractors to have us resolved within 60 days. Many of my neighbors were being quoted 6 to 9 months by other sources for their jobs. It was much easier and more convenient to have Kevin as a central point of contact for the various facets of the job, rather than for me to source and have to manage multiple contractors myself. Communication was timely and effective and all aspects of the work were well executed.

I needed a contractor to fix some interior/exterior walls from Hurricane Ian. I reached out to Kevin on HOUZZ and he texted me back in less than a minute. Kevein appeared at my door the next day and introduced the guy that would be the project manager. The estimate came in the next day and the work was completed 1 week later.
