About Us

Replacement of challenging roofs and fixing stubborn complex leaks IS OUR PASSION! All projects are managed by the owner from beginning to the end, including initial evaluation, project management and active supervision. Our labor force consists of hands-on managed subcontractors (or often subcontractor’s selected crew members). Requests for our service undergo an initial pre-evaluation, and regrettably, some may be declined, some may carry an up-front charge, and others may be offered for free. Please ask for details. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I have been dealing with Mr Swistun for my exterior home drainage repairs for the past 7 years. He has always done an excellent job of diagnosis the problem/issues and provided excellent repairs/improvement to correct the problem. He has shown a personal interest in our projects and has often stopped by when it was raining to ensure his repairs solved the original problem. He and his firm are my "go-to" contractor for any roofing/water drainage issues.

We've been doing business with Casey since the 1980s, for siding, soffit and gutter needs. Most recently, in 2016, Casey put a new roof on our house. The work, as usual, was high quality. Casey is very detail oriented. He always explains exactly what he's doing, and provides options, when available, along with his recommendations. We found Casey on the roof himself, several times, supervising and helping out. He's a pleasure to do business with.

I hired Swistun for repairs to a leaky roof. The owner came out on short notice, took pictures to show me 11 holes made by animals. He was able to get a crew to my house same day to repair. He personally dropped off materials. Reasonable price, efficient, professional, really wonderful. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
