Karen is a professional. She is an expert at human interaction along with design vision and project management. She listened to our desire for Arts and Crafts and bringing the beautiful forest inside and added smart touches that made the condo much more than I could ever do alone. I am an artist and an Engineer. She allowed me as much input as I wanted and kept me from going wrong. Her hands on approach with all the contractors and suppliers made her a huge asset to complete a total redesign of a condo during COVID. I will gladly do other projects with her.

You didn't ask me too but I feel I need to. we have worked together for over 5 years and your insight on our projects have always made us look good. We have the skills but your design skills are incredible . You explain them, we create them and not much on paper. We just fit. looking forward to our next big remodel. You have most of it ready until we remove 2 walls. You make us look good.

Karen was on time, on budget,and a true professional. She kept me involved thru the whole project and was very easy to work with. Her design was just what we wanted and she change our dark , sad condo into a bright , happy place we love spending time in. She also made sure the condo was clean after the project was finished. I plan on using Staged To Sell again and look forward to the next project.

Karen worked closely with us and a contractor to remodel and furnish a condo in another state. She kept us updated, sent photos, and worked closely with the contractor to problem solve when unexpected issues came up. All of the suppliers and workmen were great. Her fees were reasonable and her help priceless. If we do any more work, I will have her help us again. HIghly recommended.

Karen did a great job preparing our house to sell. She was involved from the evaluation, to the redecorating, and staging and added real value to the process. She was aware of our budget and recommended the things that made the most difference to the prospective customers. She had a solid understanding of the market which helped position the home for sale.
