Highly recommend Kenny! He is kind, reliable, thorough, patient, creative, detail oriented and really listened to what we wanted. The house we ended up with is the second design he did for us (we couldn’t get the first house plan to fit on our lot). I absolutely loved the first plan but can’t remember it because the second plan was just as great!

Kenny is an awesome Home Designer. He has done many projects for my company and even designed my personal home. His homes are not cookie cutter and he has a personal style with each floor plan, especially his elevations.

Kenny and I have worked together on several homes, and I consider him to be very creative, original, and tuned into those elements which make a house feel like a home. Our joint projects have ranged from designing the floor plan for a small remodel, to designing the floor plan for a new home in excess of 7,000 sq. ft. I was also the interior designer on a home for which he was the architect and contractor. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!

Kenny has designed two custom homes for us and we love his work. We are a repeat client because we felt Kenny listened to our ideas and designed accordingly. He suggested concepts and gave great advice, but he was never pushy. Kenny was open to design changes and very creative in his layouts, which was appreciated. He helped us design the house to maximize the layout of our land. Kenny could probably design for anyone, anywhere, no matter your location.
