I would recommend Lake and Land to anyone! They were professional and and helpful, not to mention that each and every plan is beautiful and unique. We’re so grateful we chose one of their designs for our build!

The professionals at Lake and Land Studio have been phenomenal! From the interior decorator to the designers, they have been readily available to answer questions and assist with changes due to code requirements and tweaks my husband and I wanted to make. They have also answered questions which were probably insignificant to them, but a huge help to me, without hesitation! I highly recommend them!

Bill Holloway and Lake and Land were the perfect fit for our project. Collaborating with them on the design of our new lake home was creative, fun and relatively stress-free. They offered great ideas and solutions and were receptive to our own ideas and opinions as well. I recommend them to my friends and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Luke Sippel has been so helpful in carefully explaining all the styles and what is current around house design. I very much appreciate his feedback on everything architectural. We live in California and are almost finished our house on Big Bay Lake in Lumberton, MS and from back in April 2016 when we started, Luke has been supportive of our questions and ideas and feedback and takes the time to explain everything in layman terms vs using lots of architectural lingo that I don't understand. We are so happy we picked Luke and could not be happier with Land and Lake Studio. When Luke was busy on other projects his other team members jumped in and helped with my questions and knew exactly what we were doing with our project. His prices are very competitive and we cannot wait to move into our Lake House on Big Bay in April 2017. We are probably 90% complete. Shutters and Light and finishing touches still to be completed. I have attached the latest front and back of the house. I will post completed pictures probably in late April. Landscaping starts today. We should be in by Easter 2017. My husband and I hired Bill and Luke to design our new Lake home and Boat house. They were amazing to work with, listened to all our ideas, and turned them into something beautiful. They are extremely talented, fun to work with, and were able to bring to life exactly what we imagined for our future home. The finished plans are stunning and the living spaces maximize our amazing views of Big Bay Lake. We can not recommend them enough!
