I worked with Noah Bluesky to build my dream of a new garage and studio. Right from the start, Noah was an excellent listener and communicator about my project. He asked great questions, respected my architect's drawings and helped me stay within my budget. Anyone Noah contracted with (such as for concrete, roofing, etc) was excellent, respectful and highly skilled. Because of his integrity, I think good people want to work with him! He's the best!

Mark and his team are first class professionals. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. Mark and Noah have been doing this work for decades and didn't run into any problems on my project they couldn't figure out. Overall, everything went very smooth and my wife and I are very happy with the finished product. The price was competitive and I will definitely use them again on our next project.

Landric Associates has taken our aging 1904 home into the 21st century over the past 15-20 years. They recently (2013/14) designed and built a beautiful kitchen addition, despite lot limits and old house issues. The resulting kitchen is wonderful. It has lots of windows, heated floors, room for the family to informally eat, granite countertops, birch floors, stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep and storage space. Before the kitchen addition, Landric also did other home improvement projects for us, including the renovation of our third floor attic into an office/studio space, helping to install central air conditioning (hard in old houses), and renovating our living room. The renovation of our living room included building us a beautiful fireplace mantle (with marble inset), building an adjacent bookcase, installing stunning crown molding in the living room and other parts of the home. They have done a number of other improvements in our home as well. Landric Associates have been a pleasure to work with. They have always come very close to the estimates for the projects. They are very knowledgeable (especially of older/historic homes). They have been very considerate of us in many ways. They have showed up to work as promised, communicated with us on progress and problems, and cleaned at the end of each work day. The quality and beauty of the work is excellent. We are grateful to have had Landric Associates in our home.

Mark and his top class ceramic tile setter and other work associated did a first class job remodeling our master bath and wardrobe. They were on time, clean and first class and on budget.

They are very responsive and good at keeping he owner in the loop on the project status. They offered good ideas and suggestions to improve the project. All at a very reasonable price.

They did a beautiful job. They have a good design sensibility so they contributed not only to the construction, but to the design as well. They have good taste. I could trust them in my home, the quality of work was exceptional, and they are good problem-solvers. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind!
