About Us

LCY Designs is a firm specializing in helping clients reach their dreams through Interior Design. The firm was established in Orange County, CA in 1983, but serves all of Southern California with travel domestically or internationally by special arrangement. Commercial and Residential clients, alike, will benefit from a trained eye. By partnering with Laura, and in collaboration with trusted architects, builders and trades-people, we are able to create sophisticated, highly functional interiors that infuse timeless designs with the personal needs and desires of each client. Designer, Laura Yorba, Allied Member ASID, has won several design awards in the past 15 years and has been featured in Orange Coast magazine, OC Home magazine, Luxe magazine and Expressions magazine. “We pride ourselves in taking a professional and a business-like approach to each project, but in a creative and fun way” Laura says, “and we work efficiently with each Client to make great choices, which saves time and money in the long run."

Laura came recommended by a friend & she didn't disappoint. She helped me pull together 2 rental renovations. Her architectural background coupled with her strong sense of design was just what I needed to pull things together. She also has access to a good team of tradesmen whom she helps to coordinate. AND all within my very modest budget! She is very easy going. I will definitely recommend her.

I highly recommend Laura Yorba. She has worked with us on two projects: a 1929 spanish home and a beach cottage. Both times she was able to capture the idea of just what we were looking for in our color schemes. She is very knowledgeable with planning and designing; we loved the modifications she recommended. She was helpful in keeping things running smoothly and had we used the subcontractors she recommends our project would have been done a lot sooner--she was more on top of things than our contractor!
