About Us

With a strong focus on value, Manchester Homes has been a leading builder of high performance new homes in the Oklahoma City area since 1999 with a special focus on green building. In 2008, we developed a new product line of Certified Green Homes built under the new name of Manchester Green Homes. Our mission is to build a better home that should last longer, cost less to maintain and operate and offer a healthier indoor environment for you and your family. These features are not only good for you and your family, but they’re good for our planet as well. We are three separately owned companies with a common beginning and a common goal. We share an office, marketing, contractors and floorplans, but you will find our own touch in each of our homes. What we all do that is the same is to build high-performance Certified Green Homes per the National Green Building Standard. That sets us apart from nearly every other builder in the entire state. What further sets us apart is that we offer homes that are designed to be more energy efficient, more durable and healthier at a better price point than nearly all our competitors. Please don’t take our word for it; compare our features, finishes, neighborhoods, price and reputation to that of others and see for yourself.
