Marty Holick offers professional, experienced interior design and spacial planning. He specializes in custom furnishings and custom window treatments. Marty is a designer and spatial curator who attended both the University of Connecticut and University of North Carolina. He earned a degree in architectural engineering with a primary focus on interior spatial planning, and he is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) with over twenty years of design experience. Known for making creativity, elegance, and attention to detail evident in every room he has created, Marty has transformed single rooms as well as complete homes into expressions of his clients' styles and personalities. He fulfills each client’s needs by focusing on both color and functionality.

Been working with Marty on our new construction home in CT. He’s been a pleasure to work with - he’s created a beautiful interior design concept for the home and saved me from a lot of stress and detailed decision making that I just done have the time or expertise to do. He has wonderful ideas and tailors them to the needs of the client and the home setting. His architecture/build background has come in handy on a number of occasions. I highly recommend Marty!

We ordered a chair from Marty at Ethan Allen in Danbury. He was so professional! Marty was able to quickly point us is the right direction while he searched for fabrics that would blend with our furniture. He found great choices for us using just our few small fabric swatches. We were able to find a pattern that accented our sectional. It goes perfectly in our living room and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Marty so much for your time and and great suggestions.

We actually met Marty in an Ethan Allen store while on a vacation to the east coast. For years, we have been looking for a dining room set. We explained to Marty exactly what we were looking for and he found the perfect one! We provided him with the room dimensions and he confirmed that the table, chairs, and buffet would fit perfectly and with room to spare. Together we selected coordinating fabrics for the side and arm chairs, and he made sure that it all complimented the existing furnishings in the adjacent room. He found the perfect area rug for us as well. On top of it all, Marty was always available by email and quickly responded to our questions and requests. He has fabulous taste, is incredibly easy to work with, and truly a pleasure. Although he is quite a distance away, I anticipate that we will certainly refer to him again for our decorating and furniture needs.
