The first time they came and gave an estimate to lay flooring in our LaundryRoom that is directly off the EntryWay. We were told they were a few weeks out (that's normal). When we called them back to schedule for them to come to install, they told us that they would call us the following Monday to schedule for the following Sunday. Monday came and went...we heard nothing from them. Tuesday....Wednesday...Thursday....finally Friday we called them and were asked if they could do it that up coming Monday Afternoon (a day after we were told). Fine...whatever... Monday came and we waited almost all afternoon for them to come. They did finally shut up; but were only here for about 20 minuets to do prep work. Ten to fifteen minuets of the presswork was spent complaining about the fact we owned dogs, and they couldn't be in the room when they are working. That's fine we don't allow the dogs around when we are working, so no big deal. Then they wanted to come back the next day to actually do the job. The next day they basically wanted the dogs completely gone and were about to just not do the job cause that wasn't possible. If they would have come the Sunday they said the dogs would have not been home; but that fact they did not call us and actually schedule Sunday, we could not accommodate that. We were able to convince then that one dog was outside and the other in blocked from going outside period. The guy would yell at the dog outside anytime he had to come in or out. The job was completed quickly and we are happy with the way it looks. Which is why we gave them 2 stars.

Fallstone installed carpet that I purchased from Menards for my rental property. They did a great job and had it completed within a few days after the carpet came in. In addition, they offered their services in cleaning my property because the previous tenant left the place in shambles. I was happy to hire them because I didn't have the time to take care of everything myself. They did an excellent job on the cleaning. I didn't think the stains left in the bathroom were going to come out and was completely amazed when I saw that Fallstone left no trace of the stains behind. I would definitely call them again if I needed help. I thought their prices were reasonable.

Invoice issued for the amount of - 8,000.00 for tile and installation. Paid Check that has cleared 1213 in full for 8,000.00 on May 23, 2014. Invoice retracted and new invoice given with the number 738761 to include taxes and shipping in the amount of 8,649.00. Agreed to pay $649 upon completion. Mic was disappointed when we requested quotes for additional work in our home from other contractors. We thought he did not have the time because he would only work on our home 1-2 hours per day about 3 days a week and months had passed. He stated he was backlogged with commercial work and work at local churches and would be able to complete the additional work we needed as he was all caught up with his other work. He did good floor work, just slow and it was not complete. AFter his explanation, and promise to complete our floor and new work within two weeks and to hire 2 additional painters to complete the work and come in on weekends, we gave him a try and gave payment for the balance of the floors and down payment on new project for a total amount of $4,000.00 on August 1, 2o14. Totaling 12,000.00 down. The quote was on invoice 737887 for the amount of 3,400 for 12 doors (including replacing the door jambs, trim and paint--using existing hardware) and $3,500 for paint, trim replacement, patchwork where needed and staining front and back door on the first floor and staining the front and back door. Mic did not complete on our floors before beginning new project. HE did not work weekends or bring in painters. He would work a few hours and three weeks passed. We decided to ask him not to complete 8 of the doors which were located upstairs, as we travel alot and wanted our first floor complete. Mic became irate, and stated he would charge us even more that what he quoted and if we wanted anything complete, we would have to pay an additional $3,799.00. We have copies of both invoices, cleared checks and photographs of all the work that was promised and not complete available upon request.
