From the beginning support selecting the best site to detailed oversight of the project, I can say the entire process has been virtually flawless. The attention to details, being able to clearly communicate, offering creative solutions, and managing costs are important assets they bring to the project. It was new construction completed in June of this year, 2015. The outside of the home was just spectacular! The interior of the home was just as spectacular! There were so many homes that we looked at where the outside of the home was perfect and the inside was not. The quality of the home is exceptional. He allowed me the pleasure to select and install the interior furnishings for his home at 235 Game Trail Road in Silverthorne, where together we won the "Grand Award" in the 2008 Parade of Homes for "Interior Decorating/Furnishings". The custom home, named "Sky Haven" and located in Three Peaks, was a joy to work on! Mark and his in-house staff, Mary and Linda, are exceptional communicators and kept the project highly organized. The crews on site were true professionals, keeping the site clean and navigable for our designers to access throughout the process. Mark trusted our designer, Meghan Kent, to work with his chosen interior designer, Tracey Egolf, to bring his vision for the home to life. The project was truly a collaboration, and the result is a stunning, unique custom home of the highest quality.
