Brandon Mooring is awesome to work with and a real professional. He is so easy to get along with and is very eager to make sure the outcome of your project is exactly what you want. He remodeled a guest bath and master bath for me, as well as painted throughout the house and fixed areas of my deck. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. All the subcontractors he works with are excellent and I never worried about any of them working in my house when I wasn't home. I would highly recommend Mooring Building and Remodeling.

Brandon is professional and easy to work with and the crews workmanship is great. They met the time frame given and we are very, very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to have them come back for another project next year.

Brandon with Mooring Building & Remodeling is an absolute fantastic contractor to work with! I hired Brandon to help me update/remodel a home I purchased as a single woman. Over the course of a year and a half Brandon completely remodeled the master bathroom, sunroom, and kitchen. In addition he painted and updated the electrical system. I always felt safe and at ease while work was being done. Brandon is very reasonable with pricing and estimates and goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done to the highest of standards. He communicates and replies to all calls and emails in a timely manner. He gently makes (really good) suggestions without any pressure of up-selling you. I sold that house (made ALL of my money I put into back) and have him working on my next house. I 100% recommend using Brandon for EVERYTHING! :)

Brandon Mooring came very highly recommended, and he and his team did not disappoint! We were working with a very tight schedule, and Brandon worked diligently to ensure we stayed on track. Brandon and his team did an excellent job on remodeling our master bathroom shower. They were very punctual, friendly and professional during the job. I would recommend them for a project for your home. I will use them again for any remodeling jobs for our home. We love our new shower!

He has renovated an older home in Shandon for me, remodeled 2 kitchens, a library, custom closets, and numerous exterior and interior painting jobs. Our home's kitchen was nearly 35 years old and was sorely in need of updating. We had three different remodeling contractors give us a quote and not only was Mooring Home Builders the lowest quote, but the references that they supplied us were from homeowners that were thrilled with the work that Mooring had done for them. We now have a beautifully remodeled kitchen and could not be happier. We will use them again in the future to remodel our bathrooms.

Mooring Building & Remodeling built-out my homes 3rd floor - from a big open unfinished space into a bedroom and office. The project came in on-schedule and on-budget - so I was very pleased. I have hired Mooring Building a number of other times along with recommending Mooring to others. They do very good work, are professional and are friendly. In fact, the only not so-positive thing I can say is that for small projects, (ie, putting up a wall railing going upstairs at my in-laws), sometimes they are hard to get a date for them to do the work.

Brandon was very cordial and came to our house to meet our schedule. He was very respectful, well-spoken, casully conversant, and answered all of our questions very carefully. His work crew was very prompt and worked efficiently; they cleaned up all the messes and when one of our inground sprinklers was damaged, Brandon had it fixed very promptly and professionally with no cost to us. I would heartily recommend him. He will do more work for us when we need it done. His prices were extremely reasonable and made me wonder if the work would be second class. I was wrong--he simply prices everything very fairly with consideration for the homeowner.

We have worked with Brandon on several projects in our home (bathroom remodel, paint, taking down a wall, building out a mud room etc.) and he has consistently done an excellent job. Brandon and his team have always been very respectful and knowledgeable. We've been very pleased with the finished product.
