Do your homework before engaging Trimline. We did not and paid dearly in terms of inconvenience and cost. Had our hearts set on a particular brand that Trimline distributes which we had installed in two previous homes. Was unaware that Trimline is woefully inexperienced in ordering custom cabinets, that there is zero customer service once they have 100% of your money, and that they have zero clout or influence with cabinet manufacturer. More than 1/3 of the original order was incorrect - missing cabinets, wrong cabinets, hinges on wrong side, even one cabinet with three different drawer faces! Took more four months to complete installation due to multiple errors and oversights. Never apologized or owned problem. Deeply regret engaging Trimline.

Nancy and Richard have been installing cabinetry and providing turn-key Kitchen and Bath installations for years. My first experience was back in approximately 1988 when a good friend of mine in the Interior Design industry worked for them. I have seen finished installations done by them and have a relatives that had them provide a new Kitchen for them approximately five years ago. They were professional and the Kitchen is beautiful. Trimline has even been to their home just to replace a cabinetry moulding when this relative needed to change an appliance. Nancy and Richard are very professional. In 2014 I was hired as a Design Consultant on a remodel to provide furnishings, accents and draperies. During my time working on that residence, Trimline was the designer and contractor of the kitchen and bathrooms. I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of the project. The finished product is superbly executed as far as design and concept. ONE day in Miami with Nancy and I had picked out counters, floor, and all new appliances. The project was finished ahead of schedule, and she coordinated all subcontractors. Oh, yes, I was overjoyed.

I decided to hire Trimline Kitchen because it had great reputation and is family owned. Trimeline renovated my kitchen from soup to nuts! They helped me re-design the layout, guided me through the cabinet process and helped me pick out appropriate appliances that suit my needs. The owner of the company headed up my project which is so unusual these days. This was very comforting. I also liked the fact that my needs were considered more then selling me the most expensive items. The kitchen came out great, high quality cabinets!
