She is adept at coordinating with contractors and vendors to make sure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Our kitchen rehab turned out better than we could have imagined and we have Odile to thank!

We hired Odile Gelinard Interiors to design our den, our outdoor living space and to come up with a new color scheme for the exterior of our home. The result and our entire experience was outstanding. She is very easy to work with and understood our expectations and style. Her insights were spot on. It was a great joy working with Odile on my Bathroom remodel. She completely redesigned the floorplan of my bathroom and bedroom with built ins and extra storage. Her designs are very creative and she had some great ideas on the interior decorating. She is very professional, patient, and a pleasure to be around and work with.

What started as the renovation of a small dysfunctional kitchen , quickly became a full floor project. Our old house was in need of a designer with a vision to open it up and bring it to its full potential. Odile did just that and more: Her incredible vision completely reconfigured our kitchen, dinning area and mud room. She delivered highly functioning spaces , within budget and made it look beautiful. In our living room ,foyer and powder room , she worked her magic making these rooms feel larger and fresh. She revamped and incorporated some of what we had in a whole new way. We knew we had found our design partner from our early planning meetings. She took our project through construction to the finishing touches. Odile designed two bathrooms for us. She met with us several times to explore our preferences and then offered several design proposals. Once we had decided, she saw the entire process through to the end by directly communicating with the contractors. Odile has very good taste and an careful eye for detail. She is great to work with, she is a real partner in the project, and she makes very insightful contributions and did not just simply execute what we suggested. At times she gently nudged us towards a design idea when she felt it would provide a better look or be more practical. We are completely happy that we relied on her experience and highly developed taste, because she noticed things that escaped our attention. Her plans for the contractors were laid out with great meticulousness so that we had no issues whatsoever, and everything was done precisely according to plan and on time. This careful planning helped the contractors to stay exactly within their estimates. Odile is a real pleasure to work with. She is very professional and courteous and is always punctual. She provided a plan for the way she bills for her service up front, so there were no surprises. We were lucky that we found her and have no reservations whatsoever to recommend her to our friends.
