Paulette was wonderful to work with. She listened to what I wanted, offered great feedback and suggestions, and the finished valances were just beautiful. She took the time to work out all details and to make sure everything was just perfect. The man who hung the drapery rods was extremely professional and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Charlotte's Custom Draperies and am so happy with all the new window valances. The house looks awesome - in time for Christmas!

What a wonderful experience. Paulette is so talented and really listens to her clients. She gives great creative advice. My bedroom draperies turned out absolutely stunning. A perfect fit. The French rods were beautiful. Highly recommend. Will go back again.

My draperies and pillows were just was I was looking for – for over two years. The owner, Paulette made the entire process easy and efficient. She also made “suggestions” and didn’t tell me what I should do. I never felt rushed in my decisions yet she was always prompt in getting me whatever “I” needed as quickly as possible. The quality of the drapes, coordinating pillows, and the upgraded rods couldn’t be more perfect. Her installation partner was equally competent. I definitely plan on utilizing her services again.

Very pleased with Charlottes drapes. Paulette was very professional as well as helpful. From the first meeting to install I was informed, kept up to date and received quick service. The custom drapes and valance are beautiful and well made. Excellent detail. Would totally recommend. For custom work, it was very affordable and I’m very pleased!

Paulette has done 2 custom projects for me. The first was for beautiful custom linen Roman shades for my kitchen. Most recently, she helped me with choosing shades for our basement renovation. I wanted smart motorized shades and she helped me choose the best option. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I was a little unsure of my choice of fabrics for my master bedroom but as soon as the curtains were hung and the pillows placed on the bed I had a clear direction in completing the design. Very professional and a darling person to work with. Really great work.

Charlotte's Custom Draperies and Blinds did an outstanding job on 3 of my projects. She made a custom king comforter and two twin comforters for our large boat. I was impressed that she picked up the project from my home and returned it in one day. I then decided to have her make a custom window treatment for the kitchen and the master bath. Both came out beautifully and both were in pictures of my home that was featured in the St Louis Post Dispatch for a remodeling issue.
