Pure Rugs is one of the best establishments I have interfaced with in a long time for any kind of product. The rug we custom ordered was not done right. Elaine without hesitation, just asked for it to be made again while we continued to use the previous one. When the new one arrived, she basically asked that we keep both in return for our patience and understanding, even though we offered to pay some amount. One does not find service such as this, in the current day and age
