Honest, timely, hard-working, and an all-around great guy. If you're needing some electrical work, I would highly recommend Randy. I bought a new-to-me house and he was able to update some of the electrical throughout. I appreciated his thorough communication and follow-through. The work and products were described to him thoroughly, I understand that contractors want to get business and he may have oversold hoping that he would be able to figure it out. The job was replacing two old fans with two smart fans (wiring was already there). The quote was $240 which I agreed to, after the job was done I was told it would be $580. I am happy to take this review down, I just want a response from the contractor. I wasn't nasty with him, he wasn't nasty with me, just obstinate, didn't return calls and didn't stand behind his work.

Randy has done several jobs in my house and business, including installing several fan, and rewiring electrical box. His prices are very reasonable, his work is always done correctly,on time and he is very clean. I would highly recommend him to do any electrical work you might have.
