We have used Bruce and his team on many occasions and i would highly recommend them for many reasons: depth of knowledge and experience in the construction and remodeling business, ability to analyze and think through various options and approaches to remodeling issues which will always jump up, very good communication skills relaying good news and, most importantly challenging news. Lastly, before he even signs on, he will tell you what you he thinks you are getting into to make sure that your expectations and his expectations are aligned.

I am very pleased with the modern, enclosed, front porch that Mott Enterprises built onto my house. Bruce Mott and all the subcontractors were professional and did quality work. Bruce was fantastic at communicating throughout this construction project. Any issues or concerns were always easy to resolve and work through with Bruce. I would definitely recommend Mott Enterprises. In fact, he will be starting a second project soon.

Aside from being an upbeat optimistic person, Bruce Mott has the people skills to make even the most trying and stressful situations....like remodeling...entirely bearable and punctuated with moments of delight. Bruce is great at staying in touch at least weekly to let you know what is happening next and how it is going. In the tear out and construction phase Bruce is on site regularly and often, and his oversight of the most complicated aspects of the job is constant. He can be counted on to communicate consistently and to remedy finer details that might go awry and to do so in a reasonable time frame. In this project he remodeled a kitchen and two baths, revised three closets, installed quad sliding doors to the sunporch, replaced plumbing and electrical, drywalled a bonus room, and installed foam insulation to attic, as well as making cosmetic updates such as interior paint, all to a 1950's ranch style house. The job was completed in record time (9 weeks) so I could move in as a rental lease expired. Having moved to Nashville 8 months before I was grateful that the transition from rental to my own home was smooth and relatively easy...not a usual occurrence in the Nashville real estate environment. I have received many compliments on the interior of my home and lots of questions about the remodel and remodeler. An added bonus is that Bruce shares samples of his Damn Fine Candy.

The Mott Remodeling team did a great job for us at our home in Nashville. We needed to quickly get two bathrooms gutted and rebuilt as well as some other flooring and repairs on the home. We had a tight timeline goal during a busy season in order to get in by the time the kids started school - but the team delivered what we needed on time and we were settled into our new home within a few months of construction. Everything was easy and the process was smooth. We've had no issues with the work and during the process - all of the subs were lovely as well.

Mott Remodeling completed our kitchen/living room remodel. We absolutely love our living space. Bruce and his contractors were so kind, respectful, talented, meticulous and professional. Bruce is a no-nonsense kind of guy, who coordinates several people, stays organized and gets the job done. I would highly recommend Mott Remodeling to anyone looking to update their home!

He has done multiple projects for me both at my business as well as at my home. He has always been very skilled and efficient, a pleasure to work with. The quality of Bruce's work is very good, and he stands behind it. If there is any problem he is responsive and will have someone out to address the issue promptly. We only had one minor issue, and it was handled to my satisfaction. I was perfectly comfortable having his crew guys in my house while I was living in it.

I have used Bruce for 3 separate renovation projects over 6 years -resulting in almost a whole-house renovation, indoor and out plus a pool - and have been very happy with the results. His tradespeople are high in quality and character, and Bruce is always available for questions or discussions both during and after the project is completed. He holds himself accountable for work quality, and is quick to resolve issues. Would give him 5 stars if he automated his project management systems. My remodeling project was a master suite renovation, with the major work in the bathroom--the bathroom was gutted, the shower expanded, and vanity relocated. In addition, a floor problem (uneven surface with cracked tiles) was identified and corrected. The quality of the work was excellent, and the work crew was highly professional. Although the project required several months, the crew made an effort to be as little disruptive as possible.
