In May, 2016, we signed a contract to have Reno Patio build a pergola over a deck. To date the project has not been completed. Part of the problem is a total lack of communication from their office. They do not return calls or emails and make up excuses when they to. The salesman failed to completely describe our desires so the build team has been trying to correct his mistakes. The only reason I would give them one star is because of the efforts of the build team. Other than that, I would not recommend this "pro".
