I have had the pleasure of working with Rosemary Teoxon, from 2007-2008 before she started her own Landscape Architecture Business. Rosemary was an Integral Part in preparing Architectural Designs, Drawings, and Plans with another Landscape Architecture firm prior to starting her own Landscape Architectural Business in 2013. I found Rosemary and other members of her team very thorough and diligent in their work and in researching applicable building codes, as well as, HOA requirements for compliance before designing and approving landscaping projects. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise, and a very talented person who is excellent at managing projects and her business affairs. She is great to work with.
