Roof STL

Vaun Norwood, We take our work very seriously and we would never leave anyone riddled with roof issues of our own doing. This roof blew up during a week of excessive winds reported, some with 60+ mph wind gust. We quoted the installation of a new roof including removal of existing gravel on the roof but you did not hire us to remove the gravel and the company you hired barely removed any gravel at all which we immediately notified you of and sent you pictures of when we arrived to work on the roof and seen so much gravel left behind. You were warned against the choice to install a new roof over the gravel but asked us to do so anyway and it was explained then that our warranty would not cover any issues directly related to the installation of the new roof over gravel just as it was explained again and my reply to your email a couple of weeks ago to which you never replied back. We even offered help to remedy the issue at a heavily discounted price that after receiving this complaint I can now only assume you do not feel is a fair alternative. Should you change your mind and opt to accept our help the offer still stands. While we hate to see anyone having hardships, with the warnings given prior to the work being completed we just cannot accept responsibility for these issues under the circumstances.
