R & R Express LLC

R & R Express renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. They provided excellent workmanship and were very considerate of our being out of our kitchen for 7 weeks. They cleaned up each day to limit dust and disruption. It was cleaner during construction than it is today. When faced with difficult decisions as a team, Wayne and Patty provided several alternate solutions to us, so we could find design choices that we were happy with. They actually finished our barn doors themselves and they are one of our favorite features. Their suggestion to raise the dropped ceiling in our kitchen, makes it so much more spacious. Wayne is a perfectionist in the execution of every detail. Each week they sent a schedule so we knew exactly what would be going on each day. We love the results. They are #1.

Reconstructed insulation, sub-floor and walls after massive damage from a leaking water heater. Gave accurate estimate and cost did not run over. Professional, quality service.

Based on the recommendation of a neighbor we hired R&R Express to replace the windows in our house. Wayne recommended windows for our hot Arizona weather and gave us an estimate. The work was done in a timely manner. Everyday they cleaned the area they had worked in and left things in order. When he presented the final bill, it was for less than the estimated cost. That almost never happens! Since the completion of the work we have been extremely happy with the windows! No more breezes creeping through and we can tell a big difference with the UV rating.

Wayne Gregan, R&R Express, has done several projects for me as I improve my home after many years of working and finally finding the time in retirement to make the changes I have always wanted. My most recent project was a small one: painting the master bedroom. This included moving the furniture, fixing flaws in the plaster and painting in two different colors; returning the furniture to its proper place so that each night (there were two) the room could be used. The workers were careful, clean, and efficient. The project was completed in a timely manner. My next project is a complete remodel of the kitchen -- huge job. R&R Express will be the only one I talk to. To do otherwise would be a waste of my time.
