Safe and Sound recently visited our home, once again, to trouble shoot a few things. John, is always on time, and gives a courtesy call ahead of his arrival. We had a problem with a chandelier that not working, which turned out to be a bad dimmer. Also had to replace a GFI outlet that was not working. Safe and Sound's pricing is fair and appointments are made very easily and quickly. If there is ever an issue at our home with regards to electric - I never hesitate to call Safe and Sound.

My bathroom's ventilation fan was not working and I hired the company based on its Google reviews. I was very satisfied with the whole process - very professional indeed: - The company has a professional call center so my call was taken on the 1st try and appointment made right away - The electrician (John) was on time, knew what he was doing, polite, and was careful not to make any unnecessary mess (e.g. he brought cloth covering the working area's floor, wore shoe covers for all visits) - The prices were all on a quote sheet based on the job performed (vs. many contractors just give you a verbal and you don't know if you're being swindled or not) - The job itself was well done and problem solved.
