We signed a contract for a garage remodel and the addition of a new storage room to our home. Breach of contract along with defective work were major parts of the problems as can be seen in the photos. He signed a contract with us as Affordable Home Improvements, Inc., but was not incorporated in Missouri.

Did two remodels/restorations after our home was flooded, then was contracted to build our home after we were flooded yet again in 2009. Mr Zarras is a very personable individual as a general and his contractors did a great job.
