Sandia gave us solid advice that enabled us to decide exactly what we needed for our bedroom and TV area. In just a little over an hour, we confidently placed our order.

Sandia did a video consultation at our house. We were looking for blinds for 4 rooms. One room is a bit tricky because it get the full brunt of the western sun but the windows offer the best long distance view. Sandia's advice and thorough knowledge of her materials meant we could both protect the room from UV and see the view, all while eradicating the clutter of cords. Her detailed familiarity of the what is possible and how to achieve the best results got us out of our funk of not being able to decide what to do. This funk had stood in our way. Now no longer! Sandia was patient with myriad minor refinements to the order. It is now placed and we are pleased and relieved to know we didn't miss any design opportunities.

Sandia came to my home and I ended up buying the shades she recommended because of her excellent eye for color. I had a few difficult rooms to find good colors for, without going to the most expensive fabric lines, but she had great ideas about colors to use. On top of that, when my shades arrived and I had to schedule installation, I had an unusually complicated situation and it was exacerbated by the Smith+Noble call center being in its first day of remote work, due to Covid-19, and so I called her when I wasn't getting any response. She went to bat for me, knew exactly whom to contact on the CA team, and that same day I was able to lock in an install date. We are very happy with the shades, especially the colors she suggested.

Sandia is a breath of fresh air! I have limited style sense, but quickly realized I was in good hands working with Sandia. She spent over three hours designing my window treatments, working to find beautiful solutions that aligned with my budget. Patiently she showed me mock ups of various design and suggested options to accommodate challenges with my windows. Can't wait to see the finished product installed.

Sandia Dain is the Smith and Noble consultant who came to my home to discuss installation of blackout shades in my windows. She measured each and gave me a quote. She was highly knowledgeable, professional and a real problem solver. She never pressured me into a sale and was forthcoming about less expensive options. I LOVE my blackout shades. They really darken the rooms, save on air conditioning/heating costs, and plus they look attractive. Installation went smoothly. I am grateful to Sandia and highly recommend her services.

We were trying to be economical, and she managed to make what we were doing stylish and easy on the wallet. This recent time, my husband I I were doing a full remnovation of a 224 year old home. We wanted a certain look and had some ideas from our designer. Sandia helped us pick the most beautiful fabrics and the best of styles for the project. She encouraged us to try some new things, while really listening to and understanding the overall look we were going for. Then she came back for the hanging of all of the treatments. She was there for hours, assisting the installer and keeping all spirits high. And the outcome is just fabulous! She is a wonderful, funny and creative designer. We will use her services again.

This was my first experience with Smith & Noble for window treatments. I found Sandia Dain to be the utmost professional and very helpful in choosing the perfect shades for my new home. I selected grand cell fabric pleated honeycomb shades for most windows, and solar shades for a slider a small window where the sun is the strongest to protect my hardwood floors and furniture.
