We outsourced the outdoor glass wall replacement at one of our projects, when we needed to speed things up and finish on time for a client. We were hesitant to do so, because we needed the quality to be top notch and were on a time crunch- which meant that there could be no errors. So we called Bill and Monica (the owners) and asked them to come to the rescue, never having used their services before. After seeing the completed installation at our project- we are beyond thrilled. The work came out amazing, they were on time and there was not a single issue. We decided we will be giving them all of our glass rails in the future! They are more efficient and we want our clients to get the best workmanship possible on every line item. We first hired Glasswall Systems about 10 years ago to put in a slump stone wall with glass railing, along with 2 other neighbors of ours. We did not have a single issue with this company. So, when we were considering options for the railing on our new deck, there was no need to look any further. They are a great company to work with. They are on time, the quality of their work is excellent, and they are proactive about fixing ANY problem that arises. For instance, there was a mistake with the metal mounting brackets, because the order came in beige, instead of the grey that we had requested. Even before unloading the truck, they noticed the mistake, came right in and told us that the new mounting brackets would be ordered that day, So refreshing to have a contractor fix its mistake without any hesitation. Can't say that about other contractors we have used.
