We built a house close to the gulf coast and wanted the highest quality construction products. Seemray windows have been an amazing find. The windows open for easy cleaning and tilt in to catch the breeze. Seemray has worked well with us on any issues that we have encountered.

I purchased half a dozen windows including a 12-foot 3-panel sliding glass door from Seemray. Both the product and the service were excellent. Rosti, the sales rep was particularly gracious and helpful at every turn.

This kind of window I have been looking for a long time, and THIS window is amazing. The highest quality, made in Germany, opens inward and on the top as well /tilt and turn window/. The owner of the company, Rosti, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers, and the process of ordering and getting the window was smooth and pleasant. Recommend this company without hesitation.

I was very happy to finally find the windows through Seemray for the entire home renovation. I have been looking specifically for tilt and turn windows. I got overpriced quotes from other companies and no windows were available in a short period of time. Seemray made it happen, all in one package: quality, service and price. They were able to custom build a turn and tilt window to fit my 120 year old house. The look is amazing, it definitely ‘fits’ the look of the rest of the house and allows better ventilation. I will be ordering more windows as the work on the house continues.

Installed several tilt and turn windows for my bedroom, and I love it. The company has excellent customer service and is very professionally run. (One example: during the installation the crew took great care to make sure they kept my apartment clean). Certainly would do business with them again.

The tech was prompt and efficient during the window installation. I was very happy with the installation of my new windows - he was efficient and meticulous with his work and he took my old door away. I plan on using Seemray again for windows in the near future to replace my parent’s windows.

Words cannot clearly express the deception, disappointment, embarrassment, and frustration we feel due to purchasing windows from Seemray. We wanted to replace our 25 year old builder grade windows because we had significant air leaks, noise, and a lot of heat from sunlight due to our house facing southeast. The windows in Seemray’s Ohio showroom do not have the same SHGC rating (amount of solar radiation, UV rays, that heat your house) as the windows they are selling you. We have since found out that the windows they sell in Ohio have a higher SHGC rating allowing more sunlight to come through. We could have picked a different option for the SHGC but were never made aware that the product they were showing us was different from what we were buying. Upon delivery of our windows the shipment was inspected. We were told everything was there and in order. We gave our final payment. It was my husband who realized they sent the wrong handles and no screen for our door. Items which had been paid for and we are still waiting on after 2 months. Lastly, before going with Seemray we were taken to a home their installer had completed. Everything on the exterior and interior was done to completion as expected of an installation. A finished product. Our project was left unfinished with spray foam, nails sticking out of the walls, an interior trim gap, and denting on the exterior trim. Please see the photos attached. In addition to the lack of completion the windows are NOT sealing. They leak and allow the same noise as the windows we replaced. We have been in constant contact with Seemray and their installer for 2 months. Appointments to fix the problems have been rescheduled multiple times due to their priority being on the selling and delivery of new windows. I understand Seemray doesn't install, but the Seemray salesman also runs a separate install company which handled the install. So on paper, and technically, it is a separate company, but the same personnel is on Seemray’s payroll. They have shown they don’t care how their windows operate or add aesthetics to your home after you pay for the windows. We feel very deceived in the sale and installation of Seemray windows. We hope others do not find themselves in our shoes and can locate a company that stands behind their products and recommendations.
