Shonave Custom Homes was our contractor to build our 6400 sq. foot home. They were not only skilled, efficient and detail oriented but were very pleasant to work with. Our home was one of 12 houses in a home show. We won first place for favorite home and best kitchen. Most of the credit goes to Shonave. I can not say enough good things about this team. One memory I have which stands out, occurred when, twice, I called to say I needed a couple things changed. They were understanding and made the changes without a fuss. Knowing they were on a strict time schedule, due to opening day of the home show, I really appreciated the ease and graciousness they displayed to accommodate my needs.
