Cicero has done several projects for us in the past -- replacing all of the windows, re-screening and repairing our back porch. Their work is excellent, they do the work when promised, and complete it on-time and within agreed price. If there is a problem of any kind, they address it immediately and make it right. For some work, they hire and manage sub-contractors, and they do a superb job at this. Every project has a project manager who supervises and stays on top of everyone and everything. We are in the process of planning a whole-house remodel, which they will manage. Their advice and expertise has been invaluable, and they have a terrific process/project approach. They are completely transparent when quoting costs, providing a detailed spreadsheet that included overhead and profit. In addition to all this experience and expertise, it is a joy to work with them. Jose Ortiz, our project mgr., is the BEST, as is Sam Cicero. We've had several delays that have necessitated pushing our project back, and they've been patient and accommodating. I give them my highest recommendation without any reservation.
