I'm Susan Stoddard, and I am your new house expert with Keller Williams Realty in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I currently live in Ada with my loving family; my husband, Mike, my son, Kyrn, my two daughters, Hannah and Bella, and my dog, Buster. I entered into the Real Estate indstry in 2006. I am currently serving on Keller Williams Agent Leadership Committee, I hold myself to a higher level of service. I started my career working at Prestige Property as the office manager and as a realtor specializing in high end homes and waterfront property. The experienced that I gained during that time emphasized the importance of providing excellent customer service, honesty and integrity in order to have a successful career in Real Estate. From both my own experiences and by seeing the experiences of my clients, I personally understand that buying and selling a home can be an emotional time and I know how important it is to be equipped to handle all aspects of the transition, regardless of dollar amount. In 2008, I made the transition to Keller Williams Realty in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a full time agent. Joining Keller Williams has opened a large opportunity for networking and exposure within West Michigan. Working well with Realtors in the community opens doors for my buyers and sellers to achieve the best service possible. I pride myself in facing issues head-on and finding resolutions quickly. Today I specialize in new homes and condos located in the Grand Rapids and Byron Center areas.
