We were looking to replace our countertops and decided to go with granite. We chose Stone Masters because of the Google reviews. We had nothing but a good experience with the whole Stone Masters Team. Chelsea and Danielle held our hand through the whole process. Sarah was helpful with scheduling during the setup. Ismael came and removed the old countertops then made the template for the granite stones. Brandon did a great job laying out our stone on the computer digitally and is very knowledgeable about the coloring in the stone. He even picked out some Dinosaur Poo in our slab! Danny and Caden came out and installed the stones and did a beautiful job! John the plumber did a awesome job installing the garbage disposal, faucet and new dishwasher. The best part of this whole experience was Doc the dog who greets you the moment you walk through their doors. He always had a smile on his face! Our whole experience was wonderful. Thank you Stone Masters and your team for doing a great job!

We are very happy with our new countertops, the process went smoothly from start to finish. We have a historic house and wanted soapstone in our new kitchen. Stonemasters has the best selection of soapstone anywhere in the area. As we were looking at the many slabs of stone outside at Stonemasters we were greeted by the very pleasant Chelsea Panichi who listened to our plans and showed us a number of options. She sprayed water on the slabs so we could see what the finished look would be and explained how a simple application of oil or wax can dramatically enhance the look. Chelsea helped us select our slabs and handled all the details with the utmost professionalism. She was very responsive and answered emails quickly, often within minutes. Ismael came out to do the template and was thorough and precise, he clearly knows what he is doing and is a master at the high tech measuring instruments he used. The next day we met with Brandon who showed ups exactly how our pieces would be cut from the slabs and allowed us to make a few minor adjustments. Shannon and Caden did an excellent installation job. I was impressed with how they got those heavy slabs in without damaging my cabinets. Kudos to Ismael for precise measurement and to the installers for making it work perfectly. We are happy with the result and recommend Stonemasters.

We sure did make the right choice. Everyone helped use with every step sales Ann Marie , templating Ismael , slab lay out Brandon , installers Alan,Caden scheduling Sarah , greeter Doc all of you are above the best . For me there is no other stone company thank you.

We love the counters Stone Masters installed for us! They made the whole process effortless. We had a ton of questions before selecting our stone and they were wonderful with fast responses and great suggestions. We were referred to Stone Masters Inc, by our bathroom contractor Chris McDevitt at C&D Construction. Bathroom countertop was installed today. Awesome job by the team at Stone Masters Inc - #StoneMasters. The process was really easy start to finish -- Worked with Chelsea to start the order, she took us out to the yard to look at our possible options, giving us the measurements that we had to work with. Alan came out quickly to template the countertop and the cuts. I got to come onsite and work with Brandon to pick the best part of the remnant to cut out. Very cool displays for me to be able to see the exact cuts that would be made. Today, I got to see the end result of that work. Martin and Dylan installed the slabs today. My wife and I love the look in place. Thanks to Sarah for getting us scheduled as quickly as possible. Can't leave the review without mentioning the friendly Doc who let, my daughters, wife and I pet him on both my visits to the showroom. He is a real sweetheart.

Had my countertop done by StoneMasters. Was a great experience start to finish . Chelsea did a thorough and excellent job of explaining options to me a novice and gave me plenty of time to wander in the showroom looking at slabs. She explained granote and quartz options and answered my questions without any pressure. She provided a timely estimate the next day . The team removed my old countertop efficiently and Shannon and Mat did a great job with template and digital layout . Christian Zach and Corey did a great job installing the countertop and trapped backsplash- encountering some wall issues but handled it expertly ! Sarah in scheduling was great with emails and reminding me of appointments. A pleasure to work with the whole team ! Love my new counters

Stonemasters has a solid install team that is knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They invite you onsite to view your design prior to your install. Contract terms are straight forward to understand.

I invest in real estate and have installed approximately 15 granite, quartz, quartzite and marble countertops using various local providers (Colonial Marble & Granite, AAA Hellenic, etc.) in the last couple of years and always been pleased. I decided to try Stone Masters at the advice of my contractor and have NEVER had such an extremely negative experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. During the digital slab layout, I mentioned that the sinks looked very far forward on the countertops, and the man with whom I met told me that the sinks wouldn't be usable if they were any farther back. Given that he is the expert and works at a countertop installation company, I decided to trust him despite these reservations. HUGE MISTAKE. Everyone who walks into the bathrooms asks me why the sinks are so far forward. I immediately reached out to Stone Masters following the installation and shared my concerns. I told them that I would be happy to pay to redo the countertops because, of course, Stone Masters requires customers to waive all liability. I simply asked that they charge me closer to cost for the redo since the countertops had just been installed the day before. I was sent a quote for replacing three of the four countertops that was approaching $1,000 MORE than the amount I originally paid for all four countertops. So I would have been paying MORE to redo fewer countertops. I asked why this was the case and they told me they were charging me to remove the countertops that had just been installed the day prior, and also the price of fuel had gone up. Then I asked for a quote to just replace the powder room countertop, which is the worst of the bunch, and they said it would be the same (close to $5,000) price. For one 24" vanity countertop. Unbelievable. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and would never recommend Stone Masters.

I had my granite countertop installed today. I could not be any happier not only with the countertop but the whole process from start to finish was such a pleasure. Really cool people and very professional and good at what they do. I got a great deal on a piece of granite for my small kitchen and they still treated me with professionalism like they valued my business. I want to thank Chelsea for showing me the stone and briefing me on the process and any options that were available and helping me get the most out of my purchase. She was such a great person. Then there was Brandon who stopped by to do the template, what a great guy, he obviously knows what he's doing and is super friendly. I believe it was Sarah who helped me get the countertop install scheduled ASAP, I needed the install immediately because I had no openings in my schedule after that. Thank you. And to the great guys who installed the countertop, Shannon, Alan and Brian, thanks a lot you did a great job. To anyone who gets a countertop and ever wonders about a seem, I got one and it's superbly done. It's barely visible. Very well done and the stone is just amazing. Great experience. Great local company. Will definitely go back in the near future. Thank you.

Our new granite countertop looks beautiful ! The whole process was so professionally done, yet Stone Masters staff like Ann Marie DiTomaso treated us like family. I came across Stone Masters thru Google for granite. Their website is loaded with great info that we needed to make the right decision for us. We highly recommend the digital layout. It is worth every cent to see what the countertop will look like before it cut. Alan, Shannon and Fedo did an amazing job throughout the whole process. We had a small party for our grand daughter's first communion 2 days after installation. We asked out 18 guests if they could find the seam where 2 larger pieces were joined. Only 1 person found it. I recommend Stone Masters, you won't be disappointed.
