We are a husband and wife duo that specializes in designing unique projects for unique individuals. We started Zaunbrecher Design in 2004 to focus on residential design along with working at a firm that specialized in institutional design. We provide full-service architecture as well as interior design/architecture.

Gil and Tanya were extremely helpful in the entire design process of my dream home. I knew exactly what I wanted, but had no idea how to convey that properly. The Zaunbrechers were very patient and informative. They asked all the right questions until their vision was in line with mine. These professionals took my 1960"s Ranch kitchen and bath and transformed them into beautiful updated spaces. My husband and I had different ideas of what we wanted but the designer was able to capture our individual styles and please us BOTH. NOT AN EASY TASK!! They gave us options based on our budget, the completed look was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined on my own. Visitors are surprised when they enter our space, "Oh this is really nice" seems to be the common phrase I hear. which always makes me smile . Great professional people to work with.Hoping to use them again soon on the rest of the house.

I thought at first I could design the renovation project myself, but soon realized I should bring in the professionals. After using the Zaunbrechers, I am thankful that I did not make that horrible mistake to go it alone. They exceeded my expectations and stayed with me the whole project despite a multitude of roadblocks and setbacks with contractors, suppliers, you name it.
