If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. His constant delays and refusal to even respond to us for weeks at a time set our project back months. It took us almost a year and a half from our initial meeting to get to the permit phase! In the end, his design was amateurish at best. For example, he placed the kitchen island so close to the refrigerator that it would have been impossible to stand in front of it and open the door. Fortunately, we were able to make the necessary changes through our contractor. But, that wasn’t cheap, and it added a lot of stress. Buyer beware.
