Terry has helped us with several building and renovation projects. The largest and most recent was our current home, a Spanish Mission style home on a farm. Terry is very detail oriented and very knowledgeable. He has lots of interesting design ideas. We worked together on the design with Terry using CAD to prepare drawings. We iterated many times until the design was complete. Then Terry was the general manager for the building project. We are very happy with the quality and beauty of the end product.

RBS did a great job on our bathroom remodel! He is very thorough and pays great attention to details in order to get it the job done just right!

We’ve needed a lot of renovation this past couple of years which has run the gamut of re-roofing with upgraded venting, interior & exterior painting, replacing fans, installation of strip lighting, exterior lighting, upgrading credenza & other cabinet tops with granite, replacing reverse osmosis for kitchen, re-carpeting, replacing sheetrock with cedar on outside locations, upgrading soffits with vents, replaced door locks, new doors, refinished garage floor with urethane, installed weather stripping & replaced thresholds. Advised us on power requirements for double oven installation & supervised their installation. Since we weren’t in any rush to complete the projects, Terry worked with us on doing them at a pace that enabled us to pay as we went along...taking into account our personal situations. He handled the supervision of subcontractors so that we had minimal dealings with them and certainly kept our stress level down. His integrity is without question.

For the past 50 years, I have hired many contractors to work on my homes and businesses. As a professional engineer, I posses substantial knowledge about construction processes. As is normal in almost any business, some of the previous contractors I hired were capable and some were not. Unfortunately one does not know their capabilities until they are on the job. We have know Terry for quite some time. He modified the plans to our home to fit our needs. He later designed and built our patio extension and constructed a loft in our shop. He does great work and is easy to work with. All around great quality in planning and construction. Highly recommend him. He is bilingual in Spanish as well.
