They are an amazing construction company. They gutted and redesigned my entire kitchen, created an island, opened up the space to the living room and the entire front of the house. My house looks completely different and much, much more inviting. They make great suggestions. They stayed within the budget and even gave more than what was originally discussed for the price. They have an awesome team, and they are reasonably priced AND ON TIME with the schedule. And, they were always available to discuss any questions, and so on. I will not go anywhere else for my construction needs. They are the best of the best.

I really enjoyed working with TerraVenti for installing our home solar panels. They patiently sat with us to explain the reality of our savings and they were always available to answer our questions. They helped us through every step of the installation process. The PM helped me apply for solar rebates and incentives and they also dealt with all the proper permits and inspections with the city. Everything went smoothly and we are excited to see our savings with our electric bill in the long run.

We have spoken to a few contractors for a kitchen renovation for a couple of months now. Out of all of them Terra Vendi has been the most professional and reasonably priced. I'll update after we've completed our project - I just wanted to put my experience out there to dispel the less than favorable review. Our project has taken a really long time. We're pleased with the finished product at the end of each stage. Hopefully this continues to the finished product. We're almost done.

The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up. They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay. The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive. I find TerraVenti easy to work with. The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work. We would definitely recommend this company if you are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

We just bought a new house and I loved everything besides the kitchen so we looked up a couple places and ended up giving terraventi a shot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were up front about cost and time. The were always on time and cleaned up nicely at the end of everyday which is amazing because they were working inside the house. It came out amazing. The work was great and anytime we had a problem or change in mind they always accommodated to it. They were extreme professional and nice. Well worth the money we spent and I'm in love with the end result. So happy I found them and I would totally recommend them. Will definitely contract them again for our future project.

We chose TerraVenti Construction for a master bathroom remodel after receiving 3 bids from other contractors. We received a very thorough estimate detailing the entire process of the remodel. We also liked that they were up front with all our questions and we always received responses if texted or emailed them. They brought some great ideas for the design and they remained on budget and on task throughout. TerraVenti Construction is professional, patient, courteous, and they communicated well throughout the project. The crew kept the area clean and neat and they were on time every day. We highly recommend TerraVenti Construction. They really know what they are doing.

I hired TerraVenti for a master bathroom that was gutted and rebuilt Yaron and his team were very professional and honest. I had my master bathroom gutted and completely redone. They were fair and upfront about everything, both good and bad. They helped me see that some of my decisions weren’t feasible and they showed me a design and gave me advice about other decisions that I decided to go with and it turned out great. I got 2 other bids from other companies before choosing TerraVenti. They were not the cheapest, but I had a good feeling about Yaron and his team. I am happy they turned out to be the right company for the job. It was a pleasure working with TerraVenti and Yaron. I recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers.
