I am familiar with the type of HVAC related work requirements, the lingo, and technician data. I quizzed him several times and he constantly responded with 100% honest and factual answers. He tirelessly worked on both of our HVAC units and performed the necessary services and repair. He was polite, courteous and clean. Teh right Choice Is a Great company Andrew is so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He came by to give us a bid, assessed our heating ducts, advised us. Second time, he changed out our furnace filter, sealed up any holes around the filter so that busted Attic dust won't float up into our home, was quick and efficient, and was nice enough to do this as a last minute call. We will definitely be using them again!

I've hired The Right Choice company for my new house, I did a full remodeling with a 600 ft.² two bedroom addition to install a new ducting system in the entire house, they came on time every crew was super professional. The technician Rueven was very kind, respectful, and sharp with the work he did. I had the company come out for my yearly annual service they honored the price I was given with booking the appointment, and they did so well I decided to have them as my yearly service company and get under one of the maintenance plan that they provided for me. So We got a call last night from our renters telling us that the living room window A/C was not working. When they plugged it in, it started smoking. So I went online and sent out three emails to the companies we found on Houzz. By 9:15 a.m. we had a call from Michael and he confirmed a new A/C and installation between 8pm and 10pm tonight. The other two companies couldn't make it happen until mid week. Here we are 24 hours after our renters told us about the issue and we have a brand new A/C installed. The service and quality were fantastic and we could not be happier!

Amazing service! We had John coming to do some maintenance on our system before the holidays, we had a problem with the air coming from the vent to our room, John jump into the attic and came down with explanation about the problem. After quick discussion with my wife we gave him the green light. 20 min of adjustments later we had a much bigger amount of air coming out of our vent! Thank you John

I was having a lot of allergies and called the right choice. I requested service for an air duct cleaning. They had openings right away. I booked an appointment and the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and delivered excellent service. They changed my dirty air filter and cleaned my air ducts with a negative air system. After the service I could tell a huge difference in my home and the air quality. The technician recommended do get my ducts cleaned atleast once a year. I will definitely be calling them again. The Right Choice was a pleasure to work with. They were very pleasant, punctual and clean. Their work was done in a professional manner and very efficient. The team was very well mannered & in and out as planned.

We used them about a month ago. I called and they sent someone over the next day. They said he would call an hour prior to arriving, which he did. Steve was very nice and knowledgeable. We have a small attic and an old AC unit up there. the Poor guy came down sweating buckets! He said we need to replace the compressor and noted a few other problems. He gave us the price, which was on par with another repair quote we received. He ordered the part, came back the next day and finally the AC was working! (the other place took 2 weeks to find out about the part) Also told us to look into getting another fan in the attic so it doesn't store hot air, which would make our house warm. I'm absolutely happy with their service, i wish other companies can be honest and efficient the i way they was.
