Tim and his crew did an excellent job for us building a retaining wall for a steep slope. He quickly understood our needs and presented various options. Tim and his crew had done a landscaping project for us in 2015 and we were looking to continue landscaping in 2016 so we call Tim again since he and his crew did a superior job on the first project. We hired Tim McOwen to handle water drainage issues in our yard, upgrade our builder-grade sod, reinstall our irrigation system and lay a patio using pavers. Tim and his crew did an awesome job! They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each work day and remained very professional throughout the engagement. Tim went out of his way to make sure that they did a satisfactory job and communicated their plan for each day and updated me on their progress. Tim McOwen & Associates were very easy to work with and completed the project on schedule. The bid was very competitive to the industry. His employees were very good and worked quickly to complete the project. They cleaned up every day to leave the work area as clean as it was when they arrived each day. They did pavers, put stone on a outdoor kitchen, built retaining wall and added a sidewalk at my house. Great work and would highly recommend them.

In the most recent project, Tim installed a cement driveway and two additional cement pads at our home. He has been working for us for about 15 years, and in the past has installed retaining walls, driveways, and landscaping at our home and also at rental properties. We have always been pleased with his work.

We had Tim out a year ago for one project that helped with drainage problems at a new house. Then a year later out here again to take care of other drainage problems. We had several plants added that have done well also. Will hire Tim again if and when we have another project.
