I have had the privilege or working with Traditional Floors & Design with the my new house. Christy is an amazing Interior Designer. All of our flooring, stone, backsplash turned out GORGEOUS! I have had numerus wonderful customer service experiences. Christy, Pam, Anna, Caitlin and Abby have all been there for the smaller questions all the way to my large issues with the subs that I hired. They all have gone above and beyond. I LOVE walking into the showroom. They all make me feel like family. I recommend them to everyone possible. Thank you all!

The designs were great. They sent out the boyfriend of an employee to install the tile. He had crooked transitions between rooms and cracked and uneven tile. He was not a professional (just a side job). We asked how to fix it. The designer said she would ask her dad. No response. A year later, I asked on social media how we could fix it. The designer contacted me and said she would contact us the next day to set up another installer out to fix it. Once again, no further response. Now we get to pay more money to fix this...thus is after the thousands of dollars we already spent. Buyer beware.

360 Design Service

I started working with Traditional Floors when working on my own home, They were very patient with my numerous questions and I felt that the person whom I worked with truly cared about the "look" I was trying to achieve and at the same time stay within my budget.
