Shout Out to TRIBAL WATERS !!! Building our pool I thought was going to be a stressful situation,not the fact with Tribal Waters! From designing & digging the hole to the final pebble coat. The whole time I was informed and made aware of all things going on and if something changed Yolanda was right on sending me a email with an update.! We love our pool and would use Tribal Waters again if we were to move and need a new one!

If you are considering Tribal Waters for pool construction, be very careful. They have been building my pool for over a year now and it is still bare concrete. One step forward, one step back, wait a month. Latest problem - there is a big crack between the pool wall and the coping. Tile install is on hold until they repair the crack.

Do not use this company they are very unprofessional huge lack of communication we were told our pool would be done end of April and here we are middle of August and it is still not complete we were told they would not cash our final check until completion which is a lie, they cashed your check 3 days ago do yourself a favor find a different company!

I can say that there were a lot of supply chain issues during the pandemic which lead to delays in many industries, including ours. We are sorry for any confusion and if we did not meet your expectations.

They "sell" themselves very well but beware after you sign the contract. No communication, never show up on time, supervisors don't seem to care to the point that they do whatever they want even though it's wrong! I need to get a paycheck from them since I have caught all the mistakes and told all the work crews what to do. No supwrvision! If you do use this company be sure you can watch them constantly even if they tell you that you do not need to be present because you will end up with a cheap messed up version of what you expected!
