UNIQUE REMODELING & APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

Recently I needed a partial kitchen renovation done, having purchased a new dishwasher with no space for it. From several other bids, I hired Cj as contractor because of his follow-up calls even before I hired him, his comparative bid for the work I wanted, and his helpful suggestions on how to save part of my old cabinets and relocate them in the kitchen. That alone was worth it. He was careful with demolition, installing new cabinets as well as moving and re-configuring part of my old cabinets - which was a brilliant solution to adding drawer space and enlarging my counter-top space. My house is old - he fixed plumbing and electrical problems as needed. He did meticulous carpentry work, cleaned up and hauled away debris after each day, picked up my three new appliances for free , then installed them. He called frequently to notify me of the progress and schedule of the workmen. He even gave me a painting lesson! His last bill was the same as the original bid - to the penny. We hired CJ to remodel our tiny master bath. Work included replacing the flooring, toilet and vanity, installing a recessed medicine cabinet, adding a window and re-texturing the walls. The work was done on time and on budget. CJ was great to work with and we would hire him again.
