Ed Staelens was consistently excellent to work with. He was always quick to respond to telephone, text and e-mail communications (within 1-2 hours at most). Appointments at his office were always very collaborative and he often identified, offered and demonstrated additional options for us to consider while finalizing the details to our proposals for this "dream house." We chose Ed because of his expertise with designing SIPS (Sructurally Insulated Panel System) homes, as we had committed to having a SIPS home as our retirement home on our lakefront property. Ed always kept our budget parameters as well as our design theme for a lakeside home in mind. We can not imagine having had a better architect/designer working with us on this project!

Virtual Architec has assisted myself and the company I work for in doing fantastic design work that in essence has made it easier to sell my product. He helped me design my own house which has 8 bedrooms and when I show it to friends and potential clients no one can believe how spacious and well designed it is. The flow works great. And the visual effects with such realistic renderings help with the whole process from budget to estimating and the finishing touches of the house. The common sense approach to design and wonderful ideas he brings to the table are greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone needing design assistance.

We worked with Ed Staelens at Virtual Architec LLC. We are in the process of building a house in Oklahoma and with Ed being located in Wisconsin we were a little nervous about how it would work out. Ed worked with us over the phone and by email very well. At one point we had a virtual meeting with Ed where we were on the phone with him and at the same time he was connected to our computer and was walking us through our 3D house design. It was as if we were sitting in his office with him going over everything. Ed is very knowledgeable in his field. There were things that we weren't real sure of and he was able to point us in the right direction. With us building a house made of SIPS walls there were a lot of do's and don'ts that we were unaware of and Ed was right there the whole time helping us figure it out. There is no doubt in my mind if we ever build another house Ed Staelens will be our architect.

We've been working with Ed on a rendering of our new home. We already had some plans completed by a different designer but it was nothing like being able to walk through your house before it is even built. This allowed us to make some changes now instead of having change orders in the field. We wouldn't build another house without having Ed provide us a rendering...it is worth every penny.
