DON’T USE VOLZ CONST!!!! Craftsmanship was terrible, house dropped 2”, all the supports in the attic are breaking and cracking, driveway has cracks and depressions, they set their insulation machine to its lowest spray setting to “fluff” the attic insulation to a desired height that has since fallen, they didn’t wrap the edges and corners with insulation, not enough topsoil and none of the seed they planted ever sprouted, to name just a few. We have over $150k in repairs to a new house!! they would not honor their one year warranty so we had to sue them. They’ve postponed our court date twice now without any reason other than laziness in preparing for our case. Don’t give yourself the 2 years of living in a terribly built house worrying about the ceiling falling in on you.
